anyone know where or if I can get a schematic for these engines?

I just bought a honda xr50 with a lifan 124cc engine, cant get it to start, i have spark and fuel but still wont start, any ideas???

off the top of my head, timing. im not familiar with the Lifans, and without knowing more about the bike, i'm gonna stick with timing. and i certainly may be wrong.
