Lifan 150 Clutch?

I have had a Lifan 150 for about a year and a half, and the clutch is starting to slip.
It is stock. I have thought about having it ported, but other than that nothing will be done to it.
What do you recommend doing? Just replacing the plates and springs?
Anything else out there for them?
Thanks.

The TB 6-disk plate kit and heavy springs will be a nice upgrade, for $50. Shipped. I have them in stock.

Re: Lifan 150 Clutch?

What do I need to do to get the free shipping? I went to your website and it is wanting to charge me $8.25 or $9 for shipping?
I also have a question. I have a 2006 Pitster Pro X2R. The left for is leaking from the top adjuster I believe. Any idea what I can do?
Thanks.

Re: Lifan 150 Clutch?

How do you take the adjuster out to replace the o-ring? I have serviced my forks but I didn't know how to take the adjuster out.
I was doing some looking and noticed that Pitster Pro has a 6 disk clutch kit that is supposed to be somewhat comparable to the Trail Bikes Billet clutch basket kit. What do you guys think of them? For what I am doing am I better off just sticking with the upgraded 6 disk plates and heavy duty springs? $140 for the Pitster kit? What do you recommend?

For your use, the TB kit is great. If your basket is good, there's no reason to replace it.
