Hello friends... I CAN'T GET ANY SPARK!!! Lifan 200 with all matching chinese cdi/coil/killswitch/wiring. Wired according to my diagram (courtesey of hooperimports.com) minus the charging system.

SO no charging system means the yellow and Pink from the engine are insulated/terminated. No rectifier because no permanent battery (just cold start starter use). I read small varying voltage at the coil wire (from the CDI) when cranked. If I have voltage there then its the coil or lead right? Can anyone shed some light on sudden failure of parts and how can I (trained with meters) can test them. THE COIL? THE CDI? PLUG WIRE? HELP

Test it without killswitch.

Yeah i tested that right off the bat... the wiring is not even hooked up to the cdi now... Thanks mate.... Still NO SPARK. HOW CAN I TEST the COIL?
