New takegawa clutch setup

Hey check this out chp just got them in im thinking about getting one.



Clutch kit, Takegawa, 5 disc kit for the XY 150cc and 160cc Motor. Comes complete with all of the internal of kit P860 as well as Magnesium cover and all of the hardware needed for your installation. Replaces the weak link in your bottom end of your Chinese motor with quality pieces that will out last the rest of your bike. No more DNF finishes on your card because of broken clutches. Will handle any amount of HP that you can throw at this unit.
Die Cast lightweight magnesium alloy clutch cover painted brown with application for of thermostat, oil cooler taps, cartridge-type paper filter and oil check level window. $890.32

I said mabey and i have to get an new clutch basket anyways cause the damn pitster one the back of it fell of and intwined in my gear things.

YX160, with the trans shimmed, Lifan clutch cover, steel sleeved jug and full-skirt piston, 192cc. Starting at about $850 for a complete motor. Available from 125-215cc, trans options, TB decomp setup, and, ummm... everything. lol

I wonder if the Tak parts (like the clutch plate housing, and pressure plate) will work in one of the Lifan covers or with a stock GPX clutch cover?
BTW Terry, you are now allowed to comment on why one would need this

I think I know where you're headed I'm pretty sure the parts are usable independently, as they can be bough that way. I hope the splines are tighter on the rear gear to basket interface. XR100 basket has bigger, tighter splines. Won't fit

I sent CHP an email to try to get some prices on individual pieces.

Update...
CHP is not going to be selling the parts individually just yet, but if they sell a lot of the kits they will stock the parts. Might be able to try MiniMob Racing.
