Getting ready to try to jump the hoops to plate a panda fun rider.

First stumbles are:

Vin is hard to figure, whats more likely for the 9th digit? A G or a 6?

LJAPABLAG310***** OR LJAPABLA6310*****

second stumble:

Does the engine have to have a matching vin to the sticker on the frame?


This is one of those bought it cash and tossed it in the trunk of a car with a shake of the hand deals.

Only thing I did was check both vins with the police to make sure not stolen.


Couldnt figure out through forum searches. Ive been lurking here for a while.
