Muster up enough motivation to read the YX build thread. It's all in there.

what is the lift on the stock KLX cam? what about the valve size on the kitaco SE head? sorry to be a pain in the ass, i tried to read all of the thread but lost interest at page 7 of 16. what i am trying to do is find a head for one of my project KLXs that already has a bore kit on it, dont need to make it as much as a SE kit, just a little more than what its got now, wondering if the head that i have on my pitster 150 would be a good bolt on or not, thinking about putting a 160 kit with a SE or roller head on my 150, want a little more bottom end.

No It Is Not, Last Time I Checked The Se Head Uses A Different Diameter Spark Plug.

hack is correct the se head uses an 8mm thread spark plug and the valves are much lighter than the yx head i have done this head(yx) on a bbr 160 klx. compared to a stock head it was much better BUT, it isn't an SE or +R head by any means |

thanks doug, that is the answer i was looking for, gonna put the yx head on the klx BBK, and the SE head on the 150, the KLX is faster than the 150 now without a head, and want to step them both up a touch. Thanks
