If it truly does meet 94db, and maintains PC's quality, it will be a giant leap forward for the industry. The deep-throaty types can keep their obnoxious cannons. One of the largest factors in land closures, including sanctioned tracks, is the irresponsible noise levels many pipes have. Technology allows reasonable noise with big power. Stupidity keeps tripping it up...

yeah the 4.1 sounds amazing with a full race motor. i know someone who has a set up that sounds exactly like a works 250. but pics will be up on the 7th, and its supposed to be 1hp over stock |

the fmf on most current china motors sounds way to loud actually there is nothing better than a nice low deep grown comeing out of a very quick bike |

X2...I Need a quiet pipe....... I cant ride at my friends local track any more cause the niebors are complaining..... and winter is already here....SUCKS AZZ I have tried everything and need to go with a Two bros. with insert....... The FMF, CHP, pro circuit... all way too loud on my 50 based Honda +R..... My 146 was really loud with the CHP..... It must be the compression..... I like ALOT of IT! |

The FMF 4.1 gives the most HP on my Takegawa 138+R and my 184V2 in a honda frame with a honda style FMF4.1 with the header adapter rewelded to fit the V2 head.. And i dont care about how loud or nor loud any of them are.. But the 4.1 makes the most HP out of these pipes I have tried and thats what im after.. CHP, Ti Force, and Two Brothers all had lower #s and the 4.1 on the dyno beat them hands down.. A quiet pipe that makes the MOST hp to me then I would buy one... |

I guess the Pister pipe just sucks a** then??? From what I have seen from Pro Circuit on the 450 bikes is they are wayyy over priced. Myself, I'd like to see some #'s on a dyno of a few different pipes on the hp gained in conjunction with the money spent.
