ahp stage 4 140, which consist of a GPX with (I believe) a TB 140 bbk, a high compression piston, G2 cam, port and polished head, lightened oil sling, and lightened flywheel. It has a 26mm OKO carb that I still need to dial in, Ive just been to busy with other projects and making a living. Even with out the carb set right, it rips.

tb 88 with ahp race head and race cam. The head is ported and polished. i also have a tb manual clutch with billet housing and kitaco IRK. im using a stock tb 20mm carb and running a fast 50s pipe and this thing moves pretty good for an 88

Just curious, what made you go w/ a 54mm crank and a 51mm piston? Just to keep it 110cc? Probably a little torquey too huh?
And to your edit: It's amazing what a port on an E22 can do isn't it?

Class limit of 110cc, and I wasn't happy with my 72cc motor's complete lack of bottom end when I was finally done with it, so I went undersquare. Result is a motor with plenty of bottom end, a good finish on top, but a PITA to get cylinders for.

And yeah, it was pretty much all porting that took my 72cc machine from 4.5hp to 7hp, I'm a believer in a good port job! : )
