I just bought a new pwk28 for my LXR and just noticed that the needle is stamped as "NAPE". What does that tell me? It was advertised as a jjh. What am I dealing with?

anyone? I'm wondering if I should even bother trying to tune this thing.

you defintly need the jjh needle.

Check sudco.com they have conversion chart if it is a oem needle have same carb 155 motor 48 pilot jjn needle 115 main (race fuel)850ft sea level

what jetting would you would run on a PWK if you ran a 184cc and a V2 head on a Zonger 155???

check carbparts.com for all the jets and needles.

Where did you get your PWK from? I run the stock 2-stroke needle from a RM 85, works great. You will need a KLX 110 throttle spring though.

38-45 pilot jjn needle main 112-118
get bike to start on pilot
then do main plug chops (wfo)
adjust needle for transition 1/8 to1/4 or1/4 to3/4
