i am trying to sell a bike out of island, but the shipper wants me to get the gas tank and carbuerator certified that its cleaned of gas. They want papers and everything , anyone know where i can do this. let me know guys.. thanks

The guy is askin too much! (To me atleast)

If I were to ship a bike out I would probably do it in 3 different boxes. One containing front end. Second with frame, swinger, rear wheel. Third with engine, plastics, seat, gas tank, misc.

nah, i got connections with aloha cargo and they need the gas tank and carb to be certified that its cleaned by a real certified person. i can get 50 percent off, and it only takes 1 day to get there, its only shipping to the next island.

you dont tell them it is a motorcycle you just say it is motorcycle parts dont ever mention gas.....DUH

well Im sure they get cars from island to island without certificates of drained gas.

yah im pretty sure they onjly send the cars by boat. Mines is giong on the plane
