| Stator Wiring
I know this has been beat to death on here. Ive read all the file and looked at all the pics and how-to's I could find. Heres the pics Attachment 7383 the kill switch is -yellow and green under that the wires are -yellow and black(ground) coming out of the stator we have- blue w white stripe -black w red stripe -green-------also there is yellow & white Notice the wires going to the cdi are one stran coming out of that half moon thing above the chain. Any and all help is wanted. Ive tried every combination I could come up with. Its an Mxcrazy bike and the stock wiring that was on it was rigged up alot different that this. Thanks |

you're sure that BLACK is ground? Green is ground on a lot of harnesses. Do you get spark with -anything- ??\ You have (5) wires coming off the stator, correct? black, blue, yellow, white, and green ? That's what it looks like in the pic. yellow and white you most likely won't use. Power for lights and stuff Green is most likely the ground. Try using GREEN as the ground and do the mix-n-match, i think you'll have better luck getting it to run.

Yea tha black has to be ground. Click on the pic and get an up close and personal view of everything. Just spent and hr and half running around town looking for a sparkplug but everything was either closed or didnt have the right size. Ill look around here and see if I have a tester, if not I guess its Monday.

The wires coming from the half moon thing have no use unless you are running lights. Your blue w/white stripe is your trigger coil wire.... I would also do something different with your coil mount. That is about as rigged up as can be. It needs a proper ground. I also imagine you have a plan for the one snapped stator plate bolt and the other that the head is stripped out? |

Ok, looking at that pick, Green IS ground. You can see it soldered to one of the wire bundle hold down straps above the exciter coil. I can't quite make it out, but the pulse sender uses a wire with a white stripe, not sure of color. Can't see the wire off the exciter coil either, so no idea on color there either.
