| Ttr and Crf engine difference
Whats the difference. I want to buy a spare ttr engine and keep as a spare but i cant find any. Either that or find a rebuild kit. Anyone know where they sell rebuild kits too?

My Mood: | Re: Ttr and Crf engine difference How is that a fact? The only reason the honda's are so popular is because they have been out way longer than the ttr's. If it was the other way around you would be saying the yamaha's are better. I have a ttr50 and my cousin has a crf, we both have exhaust and filter and weigh about the same and my ttr smokes him through every gear. I wouldn't say one is better than the other just that there are more aftermarket parts for the honda.

the mounts for the motor are different. I do have to say the ttr50 motor is pretty fast compared to the crf50 motor stock.

I got both and a China powered bike...I like the Jap bikes better and they are both good for me..just wish the TTR was as popular then the hi-performance goodies would be cheaper and more plentiful like it is for the Honda
