Powroll SUCKS


After waiting 4 weeks for my XR-75 pipe and Super Trapp muffler from them, they say it will be 2 more weeks cuz they cant get the Super Trapp muffler. Well i call super Trapp there in Cleveland north of me. And guess what they are on back order production. Sooooo the guy at Super Trapp tell me to try Denis Kirk they have them in stock.....Soooo its a 2 piece deal at 146.00 bucks for the core and muffler. So i call Pam back at Powroll and she says she will sell me just the pipe for a 149.00..WTF i say to her. I will have 300 bucks in a single pipe for my XR. WTF im thinking, I didn't pay that for the set of Hooker headers for my big block Chevelle. So i ask her if she can cut me a deal on the pipe...She says NO...! ! Im loosing my mind here. The pipe has 3 bends in it, that's it. I worked a Midas Muffler in the early 80s. Now i can tell ya i have bent my share of pipes. This pipe i inch and a quarter with 3 bends. Would cost about 15 bucks tops to make, How do i know i called the shop i use to work at. Pam tells me how hard they are to make....give me a break lady. I just had to vent a little. So im thinking of buying one of there pipes and making copies for 20 bucks. It would take only 7 to pay for the Powroll pipe....Is it just me or what...? Thanks Pam.......Ahhhh forget about it ! !

I know how you fell on waiting, but a exhaust tube bender is different than a mandrel bender, cost on the machines are way different too.

And you got to look at it that Dennis Kirt buys 100's if not 1000's of one item at a time where Powroll buys alot less in an order(Big price difference because of it). Plus if you call Dennis Kirt for tech questions(LOL) you wont get it where Power Roll(Pam) knows what she talking about and can help you with tech questions. Plus the pipes are hand built.

Not saying you should wait, but theres a difference.

From my pass experience(back in the day) with them (Powroll) they are top notch and Pam(for a girl) Knows here sh------.


I build custom exhaust for all types of atv,bike,sleds,etc, lets take the 50 Honda motor for an example if I sold it for under 150 dollars I lose my "Donkey" and with the price$ of metals these days, its getting crazy.
