Re: whats more important...

quality suspension is expensive.....but a rider with a well suspended bike can beat a rider with a not so well suspended bike even if they have a larger motor

while this is true, the 150f isn't blessed in hp catagory and is considerably heavier than the ttr125s and DMC conversions and klx 140 that i race against

Re: whats more important...

did not know you had a 150F...hmmm...nope still quality suspension is the best bet....I watched Jimmy Lewis lead every lap of a Glen Helen Gran Prix race and he was riding a "PLATED" TM 125 2smoker....2nd place was a big bore Vertimati....yes Jimmy Lewis could race a tricycle and win but there was a huge power difference between the bikes but Jimmy's TM had great suspension

Re: whats more important...

the guys i race against 1 is a full xr100/cr85 DMC conversion. 2 is a ttr 125 with a 150BBK and yz85 suspension and 3 is a stock klx140L but dude can ride like a beast.. he chases down 250f on my 150.

for #1&2 you are allready at a dissadvantage due to their suspension upgrades and motor upgrades.....#3, well...on the edge of out of control is fast too...just got to carry the b@lls to do it

well for that one, get a bigger motor from Firepowerminis.com

the only one worth dealing with for engines IMO

pitbikes are on the edge of uncontrollable anyway so might as well go big and go beyond controllable...lol
