Andy don't know crap, but Terry or Todd can hook you up What are you looking for? Your core, and $400, and you can have a ported, cammed, 120cc "80"...

Powroll's stuff is OK, but pricey. We resleeve the stock jug, swap on a longer rod, bore the cases. Reliable and reasonable. EO has combo's too, but are priced absurdly.

The BBK you stated above---you install a long rod too? Spacer plate? Longer Timming chain?

Seen a stock XR80 piston??? It's crazy tall. The long rod just opens up piston selection. No need for spacers, long studs & chain. We can go that route, too, if a fella wants to go BIG

A 120 kit is money with these bikes. I have a CRF100 and I put in the BBR 120cc kit and the thing is a completely different bike. Night and day difference from the stock motor. Its hauls now. Def do a 120 kit if you have the money! Well worth it.

Yes it is--------- Just wanted to see how you where setting them up. +3 long rod using the 4-stroke kaw/suz. piston works well. Hows the top end power using the 58mm BBK 120cc---------We tried it(with a couple different aftermarket cams), Derek tested it he said it fell flat on top, Low to Mid good though, pulled like a John Deer. Thats wy we put a 53mm Bore, +9mm Stroke, 12:1 Compression in his and I took the BB. Last edited by HI-TECH HORSEPOWER; 08-20-2009 at 07:42 PM. | |

While we're on the subject guys-- I don't know if anybody is aware of this, but Service Honda is doing CRF150R/XR/CRF100 bikes now. I've been waiting for a pic. I have a feeling that I'll probably fork over the cash to get one. I'm wondering what configuration puts out decent power, and is reliable in the CRF/XR80/100 motors. Also that is decently priced. --L*64 |

Unsure if its a Service Honda product? They way I understood it, it was a one of AJ's home brews (side projects). His personal contact info can be found on 500riders and 500banned sites. IMHO wouldn't bother calling SH... Holly hell Lucky, you have way to much time and money lol. (yes I'm jealous!) |

Early or late is fine. I have spare kick and shift shafts, pretty much everything but heads and ignitions.
