| xr100 high compression
Looking to rebuild a 98 XR100 but would like to keep the reliability. I was thinking of going with a high compression piston and good cam. I really don't want to change the carb and switch to a big bore kit. It is just a play bike and would like it to be close to reliable as stock was. What would you guys recommend?

55mm piston, 11.5:1 compression--------This is just a 2mm over bore, you use your stock cylinder. Gene | |

Just a thought... I have a new, but used for mock up, TB132 kit, rings never out of the package, for $150, if you're interested in torque
