| xr100 motor
I am wanting to build my motor also. I'm not really wanting to spend a bunch on the motor but I was thinking about doing the bbr 120cc kit, xr200 carb, pod filter and an exhaust. Does anyone have any better ideas for around the same price? I do have a 94 xr80 motor, carb and harness I would be willing to trade for parts for my motor. The left side case would need to be replaced but other than that its in good shape with not a ton of hours.

TB makes a Big Bore kit for the 100 that is less expensive than the BBR, but I have no personal experience with either. Honda Trail Bikes |

Also for you that run the pod filters. Does anyone sell on that will bolt right up to my carb or am I going to have to make something myself? Where is a good place to buy them.

Here is a couple pics of the 80 motor. Sorry its a little dirty. You can see where the case has been broken off. It's not oil in the picture it's where chain lube has flung off. I had sprayed brake cleaner on it to clean it off.
