How long are they, I always thought you would end up with a chopper but not sure...

Re: crf forks on a ZB

ya ok.
crf forks can fit on z50's because the stem size is the same.
so im asking can a crf front end fit the ZB too.
thats all im trying to find out.
i dont care if their speedforks, marz, stocker or chopper.
i just want to know if the stem size is the same and will the crf forks fit ???

Re: crf forks on a ZB

I have some stock tripples around here somewhere, if a pic of those stops would help let me know (or tmas will post one up in a few seconds)

Re: crf forks on a ZB

Somebody (firerpower maybe?) posted a pic of a 50 with a massive hill climb'n swinger. It looked pretty cool.

I had a issue with chopper effect when I did my front end and did not like it, that is the only reason I mentioned it. Good luck on your project.

what kind of front end did you use?? did you have a longer swingarm??
ill going to try to raise the ZB a bit by using a longer swing are and forks.
would a longer swing arm +2 raise the back up a bit???

.

I have KSR front forks and my swing arm is a little longer, don't recall how much. What changed the look the most (for the better) was a decent rear shock. That raised the rear to match the taller front.

Re: crf forks on a ZB

So funny, I imagine your garage as a ZB photo shoot with many bikes in various states of assembly. Saved me a climb up in the loft, thanks.
