want to mod my ratty zb for indoor minimoto

I just bought a ratty zb with the plans to mod it for indoor moto. I'm thinking about a z155 motor for a power plant, but don't know what to do about forks, shocks, brakes, wheels, etc. I was hoping to get some ideas from some experienced minds so I don't waste alot of time and money. I want to keep it on the cheap side and looks aren't that important. all of the dead weight will have to go, so there maybe some parts coming your way. trades welcome

Be creative and try to litein the whole bike.I think a zb that was closer to an xr50 in weight would be sweet and handle like a different bike.It could be done by replacing the heavier parts w aluminum or carbon fiber. The stock zb foot peg assembly alone feels like an anvil. An aluminum frame does exist buts its pretty pricey.

The cheapest way you can go for the front end is ferodo brakes shoes, NSR50 HRC hard springs, very cheap and work okay enough. The back end you get a cheap thailand shock that is better than stock. Parts will be around $200 all said and told. Brakes will be much better and with the HRC springs they are about 30% stiffer as is the rear shock. Spend the money on some SAVA 3.50x10 slicks and you should be in a good spot.

That will be enough for indoor moto without spending hundreds if not thousands on the really good stuff.
