are we racing all the rounds to win the overall. if so how do we find out where we are in the points. If not then we are just racing each round to race?

There is two points races. One for ALL of the rounds and one for just the last round at the fairgrounds.

ok but what if you do really well at the fair grounds does that meanyou get like really good prizes.. like lets say J comes in 2nd at the final round.. and some one that hasnt even race any of the rounds gets first place..whats going to happen j should get more stuff then the first place dude because he raced more.. but then there are two pouinting... so how is that going to work for the final round..

J won't get second. more like 5th and i don't think prizes go back that far. hahah just kidding J. i'm looking forward to doing battle tomarrow at startwest.

Well the guys from M4SX should give the final say here.

But from what I understood if you ran all of the races you will get awards from whatever place you got in that series plus prizes from whatever place you get in the points race for the final day.
So if J gets 1st in the overall and 3rd for the final day. He would get prizes for the 1st place overall series and prizes for the 3rd that day.

I talked to ken about the points things tonight, there are no points for the series. its just races leading up to del mar.

Sorry guys been workin OT on a couple different things and just got back from the Media Day at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Looks like more media groups are gonna be jumpin on to give some live and recorded coverage. I will leave it at that until I have word next week.

As for the points, there are no series points, only the big prizes for Del Mar. This is the only year that Del Mar will be a series those of you who raced all may be able to tell your grandkids one day you raced the only Series in the World Enfamous Del Mar Mini SX. lol

Anyway, dont' worry. There are so many prizes to be won it aint even funny. Everyone is gonna be so stoked to be a part of this. Sorry for those who were misinformed.

no DOHC motors. parts didn't come in. i'm runnin a 153cc with the stock flywheel. not all that fast. but i'll make it fast. see you boys tomarrow morning. BRAAP!

Oh come on now! We didn't go this morning because of your post from last night! We went and practiced at Racetown instead. Now I find out that there actually is points and my kid is down a full round of points. I can't express how frustrated I am right now!!

I like points better than CDI. I have actually made more HP on Points engines than CDI.
