A few weeks ago, I realized that a piece of graphic on my Leatt Brace was pealing off. I PMed Justin at JJW asking him to remake me just that piece. $15shipped was the total. After about a week of waiting, there was still no sign of my graphic. I PMed JJW letting him know that I didnt receive it yet. Instead of denying the situation Justin went ahead and made me a new piece free of charge. Three days later (today) I get the package, knife it open and to my surprise, he sent me a whole new kit (with every single piece!!!) + a huge pack of JJW stickers. I'd like to thank JJW for getting everything straightened out and doing the unneccessary to satisfy their customer even when they probably made no profit off this deal. JJW is the best graphic company I've ever dealt with and I will buy from them again guaranteed!
