I ordered a intake boot and BBR Uflow NOV 11, online. Talked with DON said I could only pay with Payp so I got an account and sent him the $$$. He said he saw where the money was sent to him and he would ship.
Week later no parts I called he acted he did not remember me. He said he would call me back in 30min, 2hrs later I called him. He said he would have the parts in this past Monday and would 2nd day them to me.
Well no parts today.
I'm NOT coming down on Pax. I just want my parts.
Anybody else having issues?

ya. it took almost 2 weeks for my stuff to get here, and he forgot my cam cover. i respect him, but it seems kinda disorganized right now, im sure he will fix it tho

I bought BBR v3 frame from him(01/20/2009),but I never receive my ''MSO'' for register my bike.I should send him 10email and PM this month, when he have PM box,sometime he respond but usually not. One day,he tell me he will ship them next days,but after 2month of waiting I still don't receive it and I still don't receive answer to my mail/PM.

I will contact BBR about this!!!

Don (Pax) is working two jobs right now. Not to make excuses, but he's just trying to make ends meet. He's got his work cut out for him, and im sure he will make everything right for you.

yeah especially with holidays he is probably under a lot of stress

So you want to publicly humiliate a guy over a few parts that has only been a few weeks ordered?.......Tis the season for giving...We should all be more considerate and patient with things the way they are these days and holidays make thinks hectic.

Well if you tell somebody something and you don't follow through with what was said. Whats that called. He has had my money since the 11th. And I have nothing!!
I have told my side thats all.
If I get my stuff I will ask for the post to be deleted.

I bought a set of zokes from em and it took over a month but he told me it was the company bc they ran out of zoke front wheels so he laced up an excel with bucannon spokes and tri star clamps for free so im happy he tries

How can you get ahold of don at pax anyways you cannot pm him no more on here and on his website I cannot find any contact info as in a phone number or email.

I have a question about him making some custom stuff for me but no I am not too sure about dealing with him.
