| I am emailing this “gripe” to whomever is listening I guess. I am very disappointed in the lag time for Pitster's shipping department on my particular order. I purchased a couple items on 7/30 via debit card which went through on 7/31 according to my bank statement, and it is now 8/12 still with no package. Upon calling their shipping department, I only got a tracking number, no explanation, and turns out UPS has JUST RECEIVED THE SHIPPING INFO almost 2 weeks later! They didn’t even have an estimated arrival date. Now I still have to wait who knows how long for it to process through UPS and deliver. What the F**K!? I have since recieved two other parts from California (further away) in the time I have ordered from Pitster. It’s a good thing I don’t have a race or something where I would need a part quickly. I really wanted to purchase a couple other parts from them, but I have already gone elsewhere because I can’t afford to wait. I have heard Pitster is one of the top bikes to have so I have been looking forward to riding their stuff, I don't want to deal with lazy shipping constantly. Anyone have this luck? Am I not talking to the right person or in a sexy enough tone to be important?! Whatever....I feel better now. Thanks for listening. |

I will have you know...to all the Pitster fans. Your guys have come through and expressed their concerns to my disappointment. Thats cool...there are not many places in the pitbike industry that care about their riders. So this post is no longer a rant for Pitster's lack of customer care, but a rave to the fact that they are good guys. I just want to clear up that I was not bashing Pitster at all...it's called feedback. And it seems Gary was appreciative that feedback was given so he can make his company that much better than everyone else. |

pitster blows they are garbage. i will never buy from them agen. i bought two GPX 8"front end travel kits for a KLX and was told on the phone it would take 5 days to get to me and 11 days later i finally get them. and the kits didnt even come with all the parts and the fork legs were scratched and damaged do to bad packaging. after talking to them and emailing in pictures they finally sent me the parts that i was missing and they didnt send them all so i went elase where to get them. From the day of purchase to the day i finally got every thing to ride was about 20 days. you can get the same parts for the same price with beter shipping and beter service else where.

First of all, dont buy a thumpstar your better off buying a razor electric bike from sports authority. Pitster is a great company because they back up their bikes and parts unlike other companies that are just in it for the money. Their shipping department can be slow sometimes but you still get the parts you need. If you buy a thumpstar most likely if it breaks, youll never be able to get your parts. Just my 2 cents

I've bought 3 pitsters in the last 2 years. However, I went through TBoltusa to purchase them at an even better price. When I have issues, Vince does the legwork with pitster and things get handled with less effort from me. Support your dealers and they'll support you..
