I paid $900 for some forks and paid the kid last Thursday. Since then I have not rec'd a Tracking number and he has not logged on to this site. I sent a PM but he has not been on to get it. Is there a time frame to file a claim through Paypal? He seems to be reputable and has been a member for a long time but the lack of action is worrying me. Someone let me know if I am over-reacting.

Thay guy looks fairly reputable so I would give it a couple of days. He did update the ad on Friday 9/25 saying they sold, so maybe give him a couple of more days. Plus I think it might take Paypal a day or 2 to clear depending if it is paid by credit card rather then checking.

You have 45 days until you cannot dispute a paypal payment.

Got my stuff! Took a little while but everything was in order. I would definitely deal with him again!
