hard for anyone else to say. Every bike is unique. What is your elevation? How does the bike run as is? Idles steady? Revs freely? Pops on deceleration?

I've got the exact same bike and I have an old XR200 carb on mine. I think it is 26mm. I have worked on jetting for some time and keep going bigger and bigger. I started with a 42 pilot and 115 main and it ran OK but popped an sputtered a lot. Today I went up to a 50 pilot, middle clip on needle and 125 main. It ran much better, but I still have a little hesitation on the low end. The track was mostly open so I am pinned most of the time. To get more air I also cut out the wire mesh in the air box (pain to do) and bought a Uni air filter. If you have a bigger exhaust, you need to get more air in as well. That's where I am for now but I am still playing around.
