| Is the BBR rev box worth the money on a CRF150f for the woods
I've added the power up jet kit, BBR D2 exhaust, Twin air, and the 428 conversion. For the motor, that's it. I've researched around and it seems like most of the guy's using them say they are better mainly for supermoto racing where you really rev the bike out. I'm using this bike for the thumper class in Harescrambles and MX racing. Save my money, or will it be worth putting it on. Can't do the big bore kit, class limit is 150cc. |

What year do you have?? Probably well worth it for a 2006 or newer. If you have a 2003-2005 it would be a toss up for what you are doing. BBR Motorsports |

Out of respect for BBR's post above... I wouldn't race motocross without one. I put their rev box on my bike and since you are revving higher when you catch the next gear, you're already higher in the powerband and making more power - also for MX - you can rev it those last few yards into a turn instead of having to upshift and then downshift... I love the rev box - does it add any power? I didn't notice any, but it let me use the power of the bike much-much better! Peace... Mikeee P |
