Hey guys, I am sort of looking for a bigger mini for my backyard. I have a ttr125 right now but practially murdered it. Engine needs work and the frame is wiggling around. Bottom line is its gonna take serious money to fix and would rather start fresh. And I was wondering how quiet I could get a 150r. I would need this thing damn quiet...like the level of an xr250 or something like that. Even if it takes away from the power. Is that possible? |

They are NOT quiet. Not as loud as my 250f but pretty loud. I guess you could have fmf or somone make you a super quiet insert. Or see if bbr makes the cancel core for it.

150Rs are just raspy and untamed. Never should it be used as a backyard play bike, you'll hate it. Stick to the small bore trail bikes, They're always a blast.
