Hey, can you put an 08 crf 150rb motor in an 07 crf 150r?

my bike has recently broke, and my bro sais you can do this but im not sure

Im not 100% sure, but im positive they didn't change anything from 07 to 08(engine wise), but the rb abd the r engine are the same, the only difference is the swing arm and wheel size. To be quite honest I would definately try
