Just bought a crf 70, 2004 just want ed to no what kind of suspention i should put on it i weight 230lbs n e one can help me out?

i have cr60 forks and a sano swinger on my 70 its perfectly level...u maybe i heard could cut xr80 stiff fork springs and put them in 1983 cr60s and get a heavy shock
