Rake change on 70 frame help

I know a couple of you guys out there have changed the rake on your Reeg/Billetware frames and I'm am wondering if I could send my frame off to one of you that's done it and pay you to do the mod for me. I need a fairly quick turn around time so I can get some time on the bike with the changes before mini moto. If any of you out there that have experience doing this are willing to do it, shoot me a pm. I have the Reeg stock 70 frame that they have braced. I want to take out 1.8 deg. of rake to put it where the head angle is on the 110. Thanks for any help guys.

You are running a stock frame correct?I dont have the time to get it done right now.But if you still have a elka with stock valving, that is your problem right there. When the elkas are stock they dont have enough compression in the first part of the stroke to hold the bike up in the corner so the shock blows through the stroke causing more rake. When I was running a stock frame I had fineline redo the shock and the front end was 10 times beter

Oh your running a stock frame and not a billetware? if so 1.8 would be enough. Yah like slowracer said the rear shock does make um alot better, mine is custom valved from Elka with the High/low speed compression and it work unbelievable!

Good point guys, the stock valving does blow through the initial stroke rather quickly! I will look into getting the shock revalved and see if that helps. I spent alot of time riding my buddies 110 with the Big Minis rear end and zokes up front and loved it. It felt like it settled into the corners a bit better and had a very balanced feel to the bike. I really liked how fast his 138+r came up in the rpm's as well.
