so i had the much visited "i suck" post.... FINALLY go a chance to go out and exercise all of the advice. a couple, 3 hours into it i was doing wheelies for 50 yards or so, nice and high. took a bit to lean back, i kept on absorbing the front coming up by bending my arms. everything was going well, getting confident, then i looped two times in 3 minutes!! lol. bent shifter is all.... think i need a folding tip one. so zero fag drags, but i'm not exacly doing circles or uni's yet! lol. tomorrow the knobbies come OFF!!! is it easier, or harder with "street" tires on???? wish i had pics to post, but the friend i handed my camera to was apparently digitall camera challenged!!!

yes it is easier with street tires. its a little more stable

It is definately easier with street tires, they make it way easier to steer the bike and it will feel more stable.

the 50 i picked up a week ago had knobbies on it..makes keepin a wheelie stable much more work than with street tires..you will notice a huge difference with the street tires...this is my first time stunting a stock 50cc bike..i have found it easier to pull up wheelies and ride them out in 2nd gear than first..that strange to any of you other stock 50 riders?

This is a 88 race head motor, still auto.... And I liked 2nd and even 3rd. Never even tried first really.....

still running stock gearing?...the first gears werent bad but they where much slower and unstable..but 2nd and 3rd are cake and a lot of fun glad to hear your first exp. wasnt too bad stik!

And if you pick your feet up about 12" but don't put them on the pegs you got yourself some golden arches!

well no golden arches then either.... feet on the pegs....it was kinda cool. i did probably 15-20 of them where it would come up, i'd let off the throttle, and it would be RIGHT there, and it would just coast. i was really wishin i had some rear pegz!!!

hey im running knobbies still lol you get use to stuntin wit em. i cant afford street tires yet. i spent my money on a 12 bar instead
