Re: new sprocket

Then go 39t or 41t...
or go smaller on your counter, 13...
But I likey the stock gearing bestest... 14/37...

Re: new sprocket

if I get a 41, then how much of a power increase could I expect?

none.
sprockets only change the gearing not the power.

Re: new sprocket

well, yeah, I knew that. It was just bad wording. Torque is what I meant.

More torque bigger in the back, more top end smaller in the back.

Re: new sprocket

If you go bigger in the rear with a stock motor your first gear will be practically non usable.

Re: new sprocket

Cause you'll rev out quicker...
basically making 2nd gear more like first, and 3rd more like second...
Thats why stock is prolly da bestest...

Re: new sprocket

stick with stock or if anything go with a 13t front. its much cheaper than buying a rear sproket just in case it dont work for you

Re: new sprocket

Unless the motor has any mod work done on it. You are just wasting your money on sprockets.

Re: new sprocket

If you want more bottom end torque do pushups.. 50's aren't about torque and power..
