I don't think anyone makes one, at least not mass produced.. And I've never used a round bar on a 50, but 50's scrape a lot different then a sport bike, and I'm not sure a round bar would be easy to 'scrape', I think it would be more of a touch and go device... I had scraped round bars on f4i's and 600rr's, and when you hit a round bar on a sport bike, as long as your centered over the bike, and the road is good, you can literally scrape it for blocks.. I've went well over 200 foot on a round bar at 30+mph Whereas on a sport bike, I have the hardest time scraping my flat bar.. If you hit it at all crooked it tosses you fast. But on hte 50, a flat bar is easy to scrape, you can lean and make it track right.. I just wonder how a round bar would balance, I think on such a small bike, it would be hard to make it track right.. Much in the same way its hard to balance a small bike side to side compared to a big bike.. What are you going for? Just protection for you fender? Something to just tap? Something to drag? I could ask turboglenn if he could fab one up.. I've been working with him daily, we could possibly use his 12 bar design, and change it a little for a round bar.. |

Hmmmm, maybe I just need it for fender protection and tap I will be doig alot of wheelies and if I get good enough I will then get a 12 bar. I like the look of the round bar is clean.

lol i keep looking at getting a 12 bar but im always worried about catching it when i bail from a wheelie gone wrong or something. the round bar seems like a good idea to protect your plastics but it limits you on tricks i think

The first few weeks I had my 12 bar, it caught the inside of my thigh, and hit my shins and stuff on it repeatedly.. But once I got used to avoiding it, I haven't hurt myself on it in a couple years Same thing with rear axle stunt pegs.. They would always hit me in my ankles at first, but once I got used to it, I haven't ran my own leg over in years lol | |

First few rides with my 12 bar were an adventure to say the least. Just remember when bailing on a wheelie its better to keep your legs out and fall to ass than to try to stand up and get your ankles ripped up and still hit the ground

how wide are 12 bars usually and if the bike is in a wheelie already i dont really see a way to hit it. if im thinking right when i step off i should be above it or actually the bar should be on the ground or am i thinking wrong
