| tire size for crf50
I just ordered some IRCs 80/90 and then relized, I should have asked what size you guys like running for stunting. I'll try out the 80/90 since they are already on the way. Also will I be able to use my stock crf tubes in these new street tires? If not what size tubes do I need? I also have some 3X10 tires on one of my honda scooters, has anyone ran that size on their stock crf50 rims? Would I need bigger tubes for that size tire? Thanks for any info. |

I used the stock tubes on my IRCs and they worked great. Just be careful mounting them. The street tires are hard and not very plyable. I ended up pinching a tube mounting mine.

Yep, the 3X10 are what I run. I think most run a 3", if not a 2.75"

3.0 is the way to go! stock is 2.75, and works just fine as well. NEVER try 3.5's. the front tire will rub on the fork boot and you will have absolutely no chain adjustment available in the rear. IRC'S FTW! |
