A complete front that bolts onto the 110 with a front wheel,tire and brakes?also bar clamps and risers?

ya that or forks with clamps and riser that are setup for stock wheel with drum.

I think you are going to have to go with the 60 forks then. And that's pretty much what you have now on your stock front end with Dampners and springs. The only thing that is different would be the bleeder valve on the top.
