Question, how come the forks are not moved down into the trees?? the bike will handle much better with the 14/17 with the forks on the second line from the top. Nice bike ! |

I don't know what line your talking about, I just haven't had time to adjust it since i am already too big for it. i would love to sell it and i would consider going on a road trip half way to get it sold

Good luck with the sale, the fork tubes have lines on the top of each, It will raise the bike about an inch and a half from where it sits and add more bias to the rear.

sure, put the bike on a stand, loosen the 8 allen bolts on the clamps and slide the forks down in the trees, you can go down until they are flush with the tops and retighten the bolts, also loosen the retaining rings on the shock and adjust the spring preload downward a little then lock the ring, this should let the bike ride an inch or two higher. Even if you sell the bike it will still help the new owner. |
