At the base of it all is a 2 month old oil cooled Lifan 140cc motor. I've only ridden on the new motor for a total of about 3 hours. The bike started as a stock 2004 SDG Pro Mini, but since then I've replaced all but the frame in favor of better parts.

It's comes with SDG frame and swing arm, Rear shock adjustable rebound (SDG) Pro-Taper bars (real, not knock off), 12" front Rim w/CNC hub wrapped with Kenda Millville tire, 10" stock rear rim with Dunlop, a big bore exhaust with an FMF style muffler (it sounds REALLY good), and an original/real Honda CRF50 seat. As for the engine mods, its a stock oil cooled 140cc Lifan w/ 4-up shift pattern, a Mikuni 24mm carb with stock jetting, Head Breather kit, and a billet oil cooler.

This bike has been a blast to ride on and fix up to create the beast that it is today. It starts every time, and I kick it over about once a week and ride it for a sec to keep it in working order. **I still have the original 107cc 3-Valve motor that came with the bike. Everything on the top end is fine on it except the 3rd and 4th gears are blown and the kick starter is broken. If you know how to fix any of this I will definitely include the original motor with the bike**

I am wondering if that swing arm would fit a stock 50 frame.

Any one know if it will?

I like the big bike look.

Being that the SDG frame is essentially a beefed up CRF50 frame, I'm assuming the swing arm would fit directly up to it, but I've never tried so I can't be 100% sure.

The shock mount hole on an SDG swingarm needs to be drilled out to be used with a shock for a Honda and the axle has a larger diameter than a Honda one which I have no suggestions for. The swingarm pivot does bolt right up to a Honda frame though.

Interesting, so the stock Honda 50 shock has a larger diameter bolt going through it than the stock SDG at the shock mount on the swingarm?

And to supplement what aaron is saying, the SDG axle is 15mm. (I'm guessing stock honda 50 is 12mm)
