hi, i have a 82 z,that i want to restore/mod.anyone know where ican find a gas tank,seat,rt h.bar switch assy.looking to install crf longer lower fork legs w/guards.i heard of kitaco having a aluminum swinger-is this true?longer shocks.mod the engine,podercoat stock wheels blk.Any thoughts/ideas?what would be a good engine set-up-from intake/carb to exhaust.where's a good place to get parts.Thanks:john

kitaco swing arm can be found online @ chp classic honda. go int the z50 section.

Post a pic of your bar switch. I probably have one here.

Kitaco swingers are OK, but their shocks are cheap if you plan on serious dirt riding. Entry level comes to mind.

Map out exactly where you want to go with your bike and put together a budget. If you have $300 to spend or $1000, plan wisely and you won't make mistakes.

Ask lots of questions here.
