My Mood: | wanted z50ak1 or k2 headlight bucket
I am on the search for a 1969-1971 honda z50ak1 or k2 headlight bucket, I do have my eye on ebay but the bids are getting a little ridiculous. Speedo and trim ring for either headlight bucket is also on my search list. |

I don't think these came with speedo's in the bucket, but a cover plate to cover hole. I have and extra nc50 speedo that drops in the hole if your interested.

I have both for sale Headlight bucket and the speedo in mph/kph -- as stated before you say that these are expensive -- they are in fact -- as the first thing that gets crushed in a crash was the headlight bucket -- I had to pay over 150.00 for every one that I had to buy and they all need redoing as they all at least have a few creases in them from the cables rubbing -- some rust and dents scrapes etc... If we could all get them for 40.00 it would be great wouldn't it $150.00 for the bucket $30.00 for the speedo + shipping to your zip you can contact me at skipinout@yahoo.com |

a KPH marked speedo is very important as here in Canada we don't do MPH. skipinout I'll let you know about the speedo, if you will sell it seperate from the headlight bucket. Last edited by z50 chopper; 09-23-2009 at 01:21 AM. | |

FOr $35 bucks I am going to use the plastic repro that a couple vendors are carrying. Mines not a restore so I have no problem using it. Now - Full restorations I see the need to spend the $$$ |

I am not doing full resto but it will be more of a restomod that I aim at getting plated, and I am not a fan of plastic body parts (except when it comes to my Fiero).

I can just do the speedo -- no problem -- as far as the plastic headlight buckets go -- I used one for a motorcycle show on my AK1 hardtail and took first place -- best of show using that very same bucket -- I used the kryon plastic spray can paint too !!!!I think I paid 30.00 for it --

| Re: wanted z50ak1 or k2 headlight bucket I couldn't have agreed with you more as when I redid my Ak1 I couldn't find a metal headlight bucket at the time and bought a plastic one - painted it with Kryon plastic paint & called it even

I now have two headlight buckets for sale K1 & K2 with the badges / emblems -- they both need to be blasted and the small dents/creases taken out and repainted -- If you are interested in either one for what they are going for on the bay -- i would be interested in your offers -- you can contact me through this site ( pm) or skipinout@yahoo.com and I still have to one speedo as well -- |

Honda Crazi 116 I tried to bid on your headlight bucket but I guess you had it set to only accept bids from the US only. Oh well I did just win one for $63.00us which is alot less than some I have seen sold for. |
