| Worked NSR50 front end and other bits
Worked NSR50 front end 30mm NSR50 conventional forks - First generation 'short' tube style Custom springs, Racetech Emulators, complete fork rework - by RJPRacing SPi monkey billet clamp set, including steering lock bracket SPi fork brace Carbon fiber fender that's pretty much trash : ) Delrin axle sliders Kitaco riser set, including extra offset adapters HRC external preload adjusters Two piston front caliper with Daytona 'Green' pads installed http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal..._front_end.jpg Forks are in good shape, new seals this spring. There are some rubber marks and other small scratches from racing. One fork tube has decided to show a touch of rust at the very top by the fork cap for some bizarre reason, should clean up easy. Clamps are stock 40mm offset, good for 10" wheels on Monkeys, but not 12". Not included with the front end: - Wheel, axle, or spacers - Brake line - Bars - Brake master - Number plate http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal...NSR50_rust.jpg There's the lil rust I was talking about. Not sure why it's decided to do it in that one spot, but that's the one major 'imperfection' on the front end. You can also see one of the HRC preload adjusters. http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal...aco_risers.jpg Kitaco risers and offset riser set. I also should have a set of short riser bottoms to go with them, so you can dial in your bar position. I'm asking $800 for the whole shebang, and will not part it unless someone ponies up for the forks themselves first. Figure $500 for the forks, $300 for the clamps/etc. Spares/Poorboy Conversion Collection: SOLD http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal..._man_NSR50.jpg This is all of the various NSR50 or NSR50 conversion parts I have floating loose, minus medium and hard HRC fork springs those are Fireman's if he wants them. Pre 04 style forks, 93 - 95 style clamps, a Post 04 top clamp, brake, swingarm and it's assorted bits, speedo drive, a couple axles with one front spacer and shock mount re-locator for ZB50s? I do have the mounting plate to go with the brake as well. Brake needs new pads, I suggest EBC FA86HH as Daytona 'Green' pads are no longer made. http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal...SR50_forks.jpg Close up of the forks. As you can see, they could use a sandblasting and fresh paint. Turns out I did put a new seal in one, both appear to be holding oil at this time. I tried getting pics of the pitting, but my camera is too crappy and it doesn't show up. http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal...R50_clamps.jpg Close up of the clamps and brake. Note, I do not have a full set of bearings or nuts for the clamps, but stock CRF70 units work. http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal...swingarm_A.jpg http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal...swingarm_B.jpg http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal...swingarm_C.jpg NSR50 swingarm, complete with Japanese salty air induced rust, and JDM informational sticker. Go team Mr. Bike! http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal...SR50_axles.jpg Axles and the shock mount adapter. http://www.x386.net/TTR/media/ForSal...at_is_this.jpg Takegawa wide band O2 meter, with sensor. I never did put this on my Powroll pipe as intended. I don't see myself using it at this point, so if someone wants a lil bit of JDM kit that you don't typically see in the US, here ya go. $200? Let me assist here. Great Honda Monkey Front end, worked forks, perfect for a 10" tire setup. Will not fit a Honda ZB50 and won't be optimal with a ZB50 and 12" wheels due to the 40mm offset on the forks. Monkey guys, you may want to look into this if you are in need of a good front end. |

First post updated with pics of the worked front end. I was in a hurry this afternoon when I dropped the bike off at my friend's garage so they aren't the most 'professional' pics but they show the goods. If anyone wants detail pics of anything just ask.

BUMP! Monkey... Z50R... same thing. It should be one killer street menace. 10's > 12's. Drop the cash and buy the nice front end. |

| Re: Worked NSR50 front end and other bits Sounds like a plan to me! :P In all seriousness, I'm about to start my indoor racing league in Feb... I kinda need a working front end to do so... If someone wants the front end either throw cash at me now, or you get to wait till summer. : ) |

Hello Kurlon; Please bear with me, "...I won't know unless I ask..." Will your "...Worked NSR50 front end..." fit/work on my 1971 Honda CT-70 "H" ? Thanks for your time, Donald |

Good question, I've no idea. : ) I have a friend's K0 CT70 in the shop right now, doing some mild restoration to it, but the forks are still mounted so I can't test... and I don't have a good excuse to drop them, so I'll have to defer to Z's opinion on this.

| Re: Worked NSR50 front end and other bits The steering stops will be wrong and the CT70 has the same steerer tube as a 2004+ NSR50 mini. If I'm not mistaken Kurlon, your CRF70 has the same steerer tube as a CRF70, ZB50, etc., which is shorter then a CT70 head tube.

Yup, I got a chance to look at the K0 today and no way a 50/70 steer tube will work. The K0's is MUCH taller. I'm sure Z can point you at more appropriate clamps though... :P |

The swingarm is a custom variation of a unit G-Craft produces. They normally sell that model for Honda Monkey Bikes, and set it up with the rear wheel offset to the right 7mm so the sprocket lines up with the motor. I had them produce it with the wheel centered, and I run an offset front sprocket 'adapter' that I made using an old sprocket as a donor. The downside to my setup, I got through carbide burrs like candy drilling out all my front sprockets now... :P The shock adapter is also for use on Honda Monkey frames, when switching them over to an NSR50 swingarm. I'm not sure what brand mine was, but a few different places make equivalent parts. |

that is what the triple clamps are designed for. It will bolt right on but you need a disc front hub and 220mm rotor to match as well as a swinger and shock combo that is pretty tall.
