FLOATING KIT (FOR 16CM LONG) MONKEY .GORILLA

I have bought a takegawa swing arm but i can not use it unless i locate this item, and it is really expensive.
So , anyone has one to spare?lol or any other idea as to how to place the swing arm would be really helpfull.

where does the bolt go into the frame or swing arm? I know the big hole is the pivot bolt, but where does the small bolt go? what is the benefit of using this kit?
