Pretty much.I'm using XR50 forks (2000 if I remember right),2006 CRF50 front wheel,a 1999 Z50 frame,who knows what year/brand rear wheel,and yes,I'm pretty much doing one part at a time.At least I'll be able to "savor" the build. |

All in good fun. My JT1 is just as big a mutt "Now, up to now my plan went all right 'Til we tried to put it all together one night And that's when we noticed that something was definitely wrong. The transmission was a '53 And the motor turned out to be a '73 And when we tried to put in the bolts, all the holes were gone. So we drilled it out so that it would fit And with a little bit of help with an A-daptor kit We had that engine runnin' just like a song Now the headlight' was another sight We had two on the left and one on the right But when we pulled out the switch all three of 'em come on."

No the forks are newer than that as they are off a CRF50,not an XR50.

My LLZ (Long & Low Zed) is gonna be streched a bit to fit my size. I'll use a YX150, for sure.

I might steel the GPX off of my XR70,but then I don't know what I'll do with the remains of that bike. Not worth selling, that's for sure.Maybe get drunk and set it on fire... |

Free? No.It has brand new BBR springs and dampers, brand new BBR swing arm, brand new Works Performance shock, brand new BBR bars, blah, blah, blah.I was just commenting on how it is a waste of time to try to get what things are worth here on PM.So if I no longer had a use for it...a can of gas and a match. |
