I am starting another 79-87 Z50R project, and am in need of a few parts. It looks like I am going to have to get a frame and build it from the ground up, so I need a pair of large hubs, rear brake lever and rod, and alot of other stuff. If you have something you would like to get rid of, or a roller, I will certainly be interested in it. Either PM me or post what you have, and I am always open to suggestion!!!

well, I just about got all the parts in, except that i hit a couple of snags. I need a set of forks because it looks like ups ran over the box with the truck and the forks are bent. I have got it in claims, but I may not be able to repair them. Also, I need a rear brake assembly for a 79-87, and have one for an earlier model that can trade.

i've got some polished brake hubs that i'm fairly sure are for the years you just listed. i also have na engine base but, it sounds like you got the that taken care.

I have a brake plate with shoes and return spring from an '86 Z50R, with the gold-tinted finish, and it's in nice shape. No hub to go with it, though, nor any oval-hole wheels. All my bikes use the large-hub round-hole wheels. Need it? It's yours for shipping, or I'd consider covering shipping myself if you have any parts you don't need which I could use...lemme know.
