| buying a NSF100
I got a nsr50 with title and i am looking to get a NSF100, but the one i am looking for does not have a title. Seems kinda fishy.....any advise...? Thanks |

The NSF100 was a track only bike and didn't come with an onroad title when new from Honda. Technically the NSR50R shouldn't have a street legal title either from Honda as they don't have a 17 digit vin and aren't street legal. People get them registered through other means. |

Yep.. what Z said! The NSR/NSF come with Off-Road Only titles, just like what you would get if you got a dirt bike from the dealership. Some have got lucky with getting proper titles for the NSR/NSF's to ride them on the street. BTW, welcome to the forum! -Brian www.teamquazzymoto.com # 4 |

Ok, so i wouldnt be abnormal to purchase one without a title? how would i be able to get a Off-Road title? would i call honda and have them send me one? I live in Mass if that helps. Thanks so much in advance guys for taking the time to answer! PS - sorry NCNSR let me re-phrase i have a off-road title for my NSR50. |
