Flywheel/Rotor puller for nsr50 and nsf100

A question for those of you who have done four stroke conversions on your nsr50 or those that have both an nsr and nsf. Is the puller the same for the nsr50 as it is for the xr100 based motors? I am thinking of converting one of my nsr50's to four stroke and considering different engine options. Just not sure if I want to go with an xr100 motor or not...

I'm not 100% sure if it is the same as the NSR... I'll have to check and get back with you on that, but it might be? I use my teammates puller and I think he uses the same one I use, but I'm not sure if he gives me the one for his RS125? He has a few of them.

Anyway, if you've got any questions on the motor install, or what you need.. shoot me an email or PM. It is a SWEET swap and very user friendly on the track!!!

One of the reasons I'm considering the xr100 is that I see you sell the mounts real cheap so this is a plus. On the other hand I have heard lots of problems with the kick starter breaking on built up motors. I would like to be able to use my starter tool most of the time and bump start it the rest just like the nsr50 but I want to know if my adapter will fit on the flywheel.

You won't want the kick starter on there anyway... plus I don't think it will fit on there in the NSR frame? Don't know, don't have one. I just put it in 2nd gear and bump start it. I thought it would be hard, with the 120cc kit and bigger race cam in there, but it still starts with no problems.
I'll find out tomorrow about that puller, I'll see my teammate at the track and I'll ask him.

If you've got any other questions about the swap, let me know. I'll help ya out as much as I can!

Yes the 50 puller can be used on the 100. They use the same flywheel
