Re: NSF100 Aftermarket CDI

Thank you. I see one on E-bay from Posh, but knew nothing about them. I think I will check into the Yoshimura. Thanks again.

Re: NSF100 Aftermarket CDI

Did you have to change your wiring harness for the BBR CDI? I was going to get one of those, but noticed that the harness was different for the NSF100 and the CRF100F, and the OEM Honda part number is different between the two also.

I got a NSR with a XR/CRF100 motor in my bike using the dirtbikes wiring harness. I didn't know that the NSF's used a different CDI plug?? Do you have a pic of it??

Oh yeah.. that is a lot different then mine. Mine is just a plug and play type, yours looks like it is integrated into the harness!

Re: NSF100 Aftermarket CDI

Unfortunately they are different. The wiring harnesses are different. It can be used with the NSF100, I think, but you would have to re-wire the bike.

Re: NSF100 Aftermarket CDI

CF Posh box came in today. I'm going to slap it on tomorrow and let the kid rip down the street a few times.

It shipped from Japan on Thursday, and we received it today!!! That is crazy fast for $18.

Re: NSF100 Aftermarket CDI

I doubt you would see much on a stock motor........The CDI mod is most beneficial for people who have already done other mods.
