| Ysr/crf Conversion Has Begun
So here's where I'm at so far. Kinda hit a road block with the intake boot and the kicker. I still have to fill in the welds on the swingarm then grind it down before its off to the powder coater. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Maybe call it a YXR100 (a la XR100).

We were thinking of offering a service, you send us your swingarm and for $225 we send it back braced and ground ready for paint ($25 for return shipping and 200 for labor and parts). My boss is doing a Kenny Roberts replica: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Ohhhh got it Supernes, it is really easy. I just ground the cases about half a millimeter on each side of the rear upper case mount and then it slipped right it and lined right up. The front is a bit trickier but easy if you have a welder. I'm going to finish it on Monday so I'll post pictures and instructions. I figured out a simple way to integrate the stock Honda motor mount into the graft. |

I'm gonna have to modify the frame on the rear so the tail slides all the way down.

| Re: Ysr/crf Conversion Has Begun btw, it mocks up REALLY nice. MUCH skinnier than the stock stuff but still wide enough in the front so I can use the stock fairing stay as a jump off point. |

i like the braced swingarm, have u thought of "plating" it so it looks like the motor gp bikes or like the rcvmini swingarm they make for the nsr ?? i think it would take some work for a sure but the cool factor would be sweet.

Mocked up If anyone has an NSF screen or YSR seat pan they want to part with please let me know ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I've decided to not box the swingarm in. If I had thought about it earlier I would have made the cross bar lower but as it sits boxing it in would leave it obnoxiously tall. |

Raised an inch in the rear too. Just took out the top shock bushing and welded it to the top, only lost a mm or 2 of wheelbase so I'm hoping that doesn't hurt me too much with the CRF120 motor in there. Gearing can always be adapted I guess.
