selling TWO 143cc big bore kits that came off of two great running bikes. there are no grooves on the cylinder walls.

the first kit is a CHP cylinder with a Kitaco 143 piston $75 shipped

second is a Trail bikes 143 big bore kit $75 shipped SOLD

Both bore kits are complete and are ready to bolt on and go!

will it work with the stock head? aproximatley how many hours are on the tb kit?

I am not the original owner of the kits so Im not sure on how many hours are on them, but every thing is in great shape. if you wanted to you could put new rings on the piston to make it like new again.

I don't think the stock head will work with the big bore kits. You might want to check into that.On both of my bikes I have upgraded heads due to engine displacement size.Think about it.You have larger valves for larger pistons.So with that being said if you put a 143cc big bore with a stock head you will have to small of valves.The larger the valves the better the engine breathes in and out.Thus why the exhaust valve is larger to force hot air out faster.

Yes a head with larger valves will breath better but that does not mean the bore kits will not work with smaller valves, it may not have as much power then if you were to use a head with larger valves but it will still work great and be much more powerful than your 110cc cylinder. Both bore kits were made to work with stock head or a race head.
