What year is the motor? Did you install a heavy duty output shaft when you put on the BBK?

It's an 04 and I personally have built many of these engines with no issues with the output shaft so i don't put the "heavy duty" ones in. The real issue is starting the bike correctly and the stocker holds up just fine.
