Is this some kind of SDG 107 copy? If so, I wonder if it has the same tranny issues?

Re: Moto Vert 3 valve

150 shipped would be ok. There's someone on ebay selling them for 125 plus shipping for $40 and they have 25 of them.

If that uses a 78mm tall Jialing stud spacing cylinder, with the new 160 kit... mwahahaha!

'course my wallet is bone dry so I can't test that theory out. :/

I`ve seen one of these in action with a Yoshi exaust and can tell you that it sounded great.

It seams to have a lot of power for a 125cc.

Re: Moto Vert 3 valve

If an oil cooler line adapter (part that mounts on the head) is made for it, I would buy one. This engine is like my 107 and I have yet to find the part to affix the cooling lines to the head.

No need, the enlarged oil plate on the head IS an oil cooler by design, hence it's size.

Re: Moto Vert 3 valve

Sorry kurly but I disagree. The 107's run very hot and it is very easy to tap the case and clutch cover to accept some nice an fittings then plumb an oil cooler..

Re: Moto Vert 3 valve

You also need to block off a passage in the case, or your oil cooling circuit isn't doing anything of value due to a lack of pressure and flow. Not that oil coolers really do much on these motors anyways.
